Our elderly / handicapped care giving training includes:

Domestic Maid Course in Child Care Services

Our Domestic maids have attended course in child care services and are well-taught in the following:

  • Safety Precaution and First Aid
  • Monitoring of child’s movements so that the child is not engaged or exposed to dangerous acts or places
  • Pacifying a crying baby or child
  • Listening, understanding and administering of medication or meals to child
  • Bathing and taking care of the baby/child so that he/she will not catch a cold
  • Coaxing and proper carrying of a baby
  • Wearing and changing of diapers for the baby
  • Bottle feeding, sterilizing of milk bottles/pacifier and other toys if required
  • Preparation and cooking of food suitable for baby/child
  • Washing of baby/child clothes separately

Domestic Maid Course in Cooking and Food Preparation

Our Domestic Maid are well trained in cooking and preparation in food. (Cooking Food Course)

  • To observe hygiene and washing of hands when handling food
  • To cook simple dishes in the cooking food course
  • To use and clean kitchen appliances after use
  • To store food properly and hygienely
  • To use some of the modern kitchen appliances like microwave oven, electric oven, bread toaster, juicer etc
  • Practice safety measures in cooking and handling kitchen appliances

Maid Training – Course in Basic Communication

Many misunderstanding issues have been lead by the breakdown in communication due to differing standards in English Level, differing cultures and social values.

In Singapore, English is the most commonly spoken language beside Mandarin.  In order for maid to communicate better to the employers in Singapore, the maid training centre is providing a well-prepared and structured course on Basic Communication in English language.

This course facilitates the following:

  • To communicate and greet Employer’s family members appropriately
  • To ask, check and confirm or clarify with their Employer on job scope and responsibilities if employee is in doubt
  • To understand and obey work instructions from Employers
  • To maintain a positive working attitude
  • To behave decently and work ethnically
